Until a proper forum is installed for this topic, I'm welcoming you all to discuss needs and priorites by commenting this post. As far as one-liners go anyway.
My current short term itineary:
- Contact form
- Easier way to embed images
- Easier way to embed multimedia
- Explore various ways to add formatting to text input
- Get tagging functions in order
- Setup and test forum, initially at testing server, then here
- Setup Google Analytics
- Come to terms with username/title/real name and groups of people sharing content
- Add social bookmarking & make it less ugly
- Relocate "Read more" link to end of body
- Initial search engine optimization (Hello Botten)
- clean URLs
- meaningful URLs
- ...
Medium term
- Payment solution
- Apperance overhaul
- ...
Long term (as time and money allows)
- Integration with social networking sites, login and profile sharing
- Advanced search engine optimization
- XML sitemap (search engines love them)
- Google analytics goal conversion

Economy of speed
I know that there's just a barebone of functions on the site right now (and a handful of users), but compared to other software I must say that Drupal has incredibly fast rendertimes. Even with slow connections and whatnot.
